Trammell Crow Company (TCC) has revealed its ambitious plan for Fulton Park Campus, a vast 2.5 million-square-foot project in Chicago's Fulton Market neighborhood.

Mixed-Use Development

The Fulton Park Campus will boast a diverse array of amenities, including office spaces, research-and-development labs, green areas, and a new apartment complex. This expansion builds upon TCC's existing Fulton Labs buildings.

New Construction

The project entails the construction of four new buildings, adding 1.8 million square feet of research-and-development, lab, and office space, along with 368 luxury apartments and approximately 35,000 square feet of retail space.

A highlight of the campus is the 35,000-square-foot public park, enhancing the area's appeal as a vibrant community space.

Leasing Details

Dan Lyne from CBRE is overseeing the leasing of research-and-development and lab spaces at Fulton Park Campus. Jason Houze, also from CBRE, is managing the leasing of office spaces within the campus.
